The Pantry

Missoula AIDS Council's Non-Food Pantry Since 2005, Missoula AIDS Council has operated a Non-Food Pantry for people living with HIV/AIDS in Montana. Many of the individuals utilizing the pantry rely on public assistance as their main source of income because of their illness which means they have very little income left over to purchase important household items.

In addition, Food Stamps cannot be used to purchase personal hygiene items, paper products or any type of pet food. This means that the purchase of soap, toothpaste, deodorant, bathroom tissue, laundry detergent, cat food, etc. is nearly out of the question for many of our HIV positive neighbors.

To use the pantry, you must be HIV positive and living on a limited budget. Stop by the office at 500 North Higgins, Suite 100 or call 406-543-4770 to talk to a staff person about basic pantry use guidelines.
